The purpose of the rock drilling and digging project is different from that of the construction object, so there are many types of drilling rigs. Drilling rigs can be classified according to their purposes, such as core drilling rigs, oil drilling rigs, hydrogeological surveys and water well drilling rigs, engineering geological exploration drilling rigs, tunnel rigs, and engineering construction rigs. The drilling rig can be divided into four categories according to the drilling method:
(1) Impact drilling rig: wire rope impact type, drill pipe impact drilling rig.
(2) Rotary drilling rig: vertical shaft type--handle feed type, spiral differential feed type, hydraulic feed type drilling rig; rotary type--steel rope plus decompression type, hydraulic cylinder plus decompression type drilling rig; Gyrator - full hydraulic power head, mechanical power head drill.
(3) Vibration drilling rig.
(4) Compound drilling rig: drilling rig that combines functions such as vibration, impact, rotation and static pressure in different combinations.
Characteristics
The manual drilling machine comprises a manual transmission mechanism, an axial feed mechanism, a guiding mechanism, a gap adjusting mechanism, a manual transmission mechanism, a spindle, a wrench connected to the upper end of the spindle, and the carbide drill bits and the sleeves connected to the lower end of the spindle. The axial feeding mechanism is composed of a hand wheel, a worm, a worm wheel, a nut and a screw rod; the guiding mechanism is formed by the upper end through a box cover and a nut, and the lower end is connected with the screw rod to form a gap adjusting mechanism. The adjusting nut connected to the main shaft is composed of two flat bearings provided on both sides of the upper end of the nut 6. The product has good sealing performance, stable work, low labor intensity and can be used in one machine. It can be used as a device for transporting liquid or gas pipes without stopping their conveying work for pressure drilling to install branch pipes.
