Precautions

1. Select the appropriate carbide drill bits or drill according to the material being drilled. 2. Adjust the appropriate speed according to the material being drilled. If the speed is too fast, the bit will heat up and the low melting point material will soften. If the speed is too slow, the soft material will stick. 3. Determine the number of passes of the drill according to the depth of the hole drilled and the hole diameter. 4. The drilling machine is a high-speed rotary feed, need to pay attention to safety protection. 5. Pay attention to ensure the sharpness of the drill bit, you need to grind the drill bit regularly or replace the drill bit. 6. Regularly refueling the drill shaft.

Operating procedure

Preparation before starting up

1. Carefully check that the parts of the drilling machine are complete. 2. Is the screw loose? 3. Whether the lubricating oil meets the required position. 4. Control buttons are flexible and reliable. 5. The drill pipe and drill bit are damaged. 6. Holes frame with or without breakage. 7. Whether the spray facility is in place.

Normal boot

1. Drill the machine for 1 to 2 minutes, listen carefully for abnormal noises. 2. Slowly blow your eyes at low speed. 3. The low-speed gear has no abnormality and there is no rubric in the coal seam to adjust the eye speed. If the coal seam always contains the meteorite and the hardness of the rock is large, it can only be used in the low-speed gear.
